Holiday greetings!

From our family to yours...

I realize I've been neglecting this blog for over a month. Things have been quite crazy around here, but I do promise to try to get back on track in January.

Still a year younger.

Me: Hey, you're 31!

Pete: (SHRUGS) Yep. Last year on the calendar.

Me: Yabang mo. (SABAY BATOK)

Pete: Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't realize it's been THAT long for you!

Yeah. Whatever.:P

Margaret: 1st birthday party

July 2, 2010
Shakey's El Pueblo

It was a weekday and the skies were gloomy.  But that didn't stop Margaret's family and friends from celebrating her special day with her.  I noticed something as soon as I met the birthday family (Mommy Ma-am, Daddy Danvee, Marcus, and of course, little Margaret): they are such a good-looking bunch!  And as I got to know them better, I was happy to realize they were all just as beautiful inside as they are outside.

Below are some of my favorite shots from the party.

Margaret's cute dress and shoes.

Here's lovely the star of the day.

Such a beautiful family!

Margaret with her pretty mommy.

A couple of shots of Margaret's handsome big brother Marcus.

Margaret and her Lola.

Marcus helping his little sister out with her candle.

Margaret and her body guards.

It was already getting dark when most of the guests had left, but I wanted to take a few more shots of the family.

Ken Cedric: 1st birthday party

June 27, 2010
NFWC Function Hall

My last kiddie event for June was Ken Cedric's Winnie the Pooh Party.  When Mommy Yna contacted me to do Ken's birthday party, I wasn't available for the initial date that she wanted.  I'm so glad that things worked out and I was able to work with this wonderful family because I really enjoyed photographing Ken's party.:)

Below are some of my favorite shots from the event.

Ken's Pooh outfit and shoes.

The colorful cake and one of the centerpieces.

Pooh overload!

More Winnie the Pooh details.

We took a few shots of the family before the party started.

And some solo shots of the birthday boy of course!

Jiggles the Balloon Lady led the program!

The Balloon Lady's creations are always a hit!

Especially with the adults!

The candle-blowing.

One final shot of the birthday family after the party.

Marty & Milo: 3rd birthday party

June 26, 2010
Eastwood Excelsior Hall

My favorite twin boys turned 3 a few months ago!   I first met Marty and Milo during their baptism almost 4 years ago and it never fails to amaze me every time I see how much they've both grown!

June was also the height of the FIFA fever, so the twins' Mommy Marose chose the perfect party theme!

The yummy cake and cupcakes. (Venue decorations were by Hi-5 Parties. EDIT: Venue decorations were by YanPle, centerpies and buffet backdrop were by Hi-5 Parties)

Cool 3D centerpiece.

These action figures were given away in the kiddie lootbags.

The family (Daddy Marion, Mommy Marose, Marty, & Milo) with Lola.

You know what, I have to admit I still couldn't tell these two apart, so I'll just say, here are photos of Marose and Marion each holding a twin.;)

Miss Beverly Quinto was host for the day.  I think she's really great with kids!

Marty and Milo during the "Bring Me"game.

Enjoying their meals.

Jojo Bandana was their to do his magic.

Proud Mommy and Daddy thanking their guests for celebrating this very special occasion with them.  Marose and Marion always get emotional when talking about the twins because they really went through a lot when Marty and Milo were born.  I couldn't help but be choked up as well because I feel like I've witnessed these little boys grow up, and I couldn't be happier to see how healthy and active they are now.

Family photos after the party.

The happy foursome. And a shot of the twins.

Of course we had to take photos with the twins' lovely grandma as well.:)
