Sneak peek: a maternity pictorial and a family portrait session

For the first time in a long while, I didn't have an event to shoot last weekend. Although I love photographing events, I was excited about spending a weekend at a more relaxed pace. I was also looking forward to doing a couple of portrait sessions which is one of my favorite things to do as a photographer.

Last Saturday, we were finally able to do Joefe's preggy shoot (we had to postpone a couple of times due to schedule conflicts and because I got sick). My biggest challenge during the pictorial was making Joefe look like an actual pregnant lady who is about to give birth in 3 weeks, instead of a professional model doing a shoot for a maternity line. Here are just two of the first shots to catch my eye as I was going through the photos this morning. I can't wait to post more soon!

Sunday morning, Pete, Pie, and I went on a road trip with my sister Mae, her hubby Choi, and little Liam to Anvaya Cove in Subic. The goal was to check out the place a bit, relax by the beach, and take their family portraits. It was pretty hot, but the place was lovely and the light was perfect. We spent a few hours lying around by the beach while Liam played on the sand. Just before we left, we did a short family pictorial. Here are a couple of shots. I will be posting more soon.:)

  2. Hehehe. Kaso maputi sya! Tsaka maganda ngipin nya kesa sa akin. Nung bata ako may gap yung two front teeth ko. Mukhang hindi kelangan ng braces si Liam. Hehehe...
